Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions we get about our website and the courses we offer. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to ask us by sending an email to email@example.com.
1. How are my courses laid out and presented to me?
The course presentations include audio, graphics, photos, text, and videos. All course hours are presented to you as videos that you watch within your web browser. There are images and text within the videos and audio voice over of the instructor explaining what is being presented that provides additional information. There is no course material that you have to download or print; it is all presented to you on screen.
Many courses also include videos of patient examination and diagnosis, as well as computerized animations of pathways, etc. For example, if an instructor explains the anatomy of the brainstem areas, there is both text and graphics with audio explanations. With patient examination and diagnosis videos, there are audio explanations of what is taking place during the examination and diagnosis.
2. Are these courses flexible or do I have to completed them in one sitting?
These courses are completely flexible! You can start and stop the courses at any time you wish. Our website automatically saves your progress throughout the course allowing you to stop and leave at any time and come back whenever is convenient for you. You could start a course at home and finish it up at the office. You can always start right back where you left off from!
Our website keeps track of what courses you are currently working on and what hours within your courses are in progress and what hours are completed. It couldn't be more simple for you!
NOTE: You are not allowed to fast forward past your current time within the course hour you are working on. You can rewind to review past material and then fast forward up to the current time. You must take the course hours in the order they are presented within the course. Fast forwarding is limited per state licensing board regulations.
3. How long do I have to complete my courses after they are purchased?
Once purchased, you have 6 months to complete your courses (from purchase date). Once you have completed your courses, the courses are available for you to review for the duration of the original 6-month period. This is very helpful, as the courses contain valuable information that you can utilize on a daily basis in practice.
Every year beginning in September, we apply for course re-approvals based on individual state requirements. To ensure our courses meet applicable requirements, we work with Logan University on this submission process.

4. Do I have to take a test after I complete my courses?
No, you do not have to take a test. However, there is a brief 5-question quiz after every two hours of course material. Each quiz is made up of multiple choice questions taken directly from the material presented during the two hours you just reviewed. You will have multiple attempts to earn a passing score of 80% or higher for each quiz.
NOTE: Quizzing and the 80% passing rule is required per state licensing board regulations.
