Following each purchased and completed course, participants are asked to complete a questionnaire. This is essential to enhance your experience and provide feedback on what services and topics you would like to see in the future, as well as how to serve you better. While this is not required, it is encouraged to allow us to meet the changing demands of the population that we serve.
As with your registration information, this information is not distributed or sold to any entity for solicitation, advertising, etc. Only pertinent information required to be released for participants to receive continuing Chiropractic information will be released, and only to the Logan University entity. No information on continuing education is sent directly to any licensing board from CE4Chiros.com – completion and attendance in courses at CE4Chiros.com is sent only to Logan University's Post Graduate Department for attendance and completion verification and ultimately re-licensure.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify any component or content of this site – this may only be done with written consent from CE4Chiros.com and it's agents.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time.. Purchasers are granted access to all purchased materials for a period of 6 months from the date and time of purchase. During viewing of a course, the attendee must verify their presence viewing the material by actively continuing the viewing each hour. At the end of each two hour session, a 5 question quiz, based upon the informaiotn provided during the two hours of material just viewed, must be correctly answer at a level of 80% correct or higher to continue with the course. If a participant does not achieve this goal of 80% correct, they will be offered another attempt. Three attempts to successfully complete the quiz will be allowed, after which time, if a satisfactory score is not reached, the attendee must view the previous two hours of material in question again before they can attempt to successfully complete the quiz. No refunds of any type are made based upon failed student performance.
